If you are like me you have used a lot of Google service over the years, they work and they are Free. Remember when you are getting something for free, you are the product being sold. Google has been keeping track of all your activity and Google accounts, but in the philosophy they have of “We are not evil” they have simplified how you can check on what they know about you. myaccount.google.com
